About me

My story

Welcome! You can call me Tammy.

I was born and raised in central Illinois, where I married my husband of 31 years and we had two beautiful children.

After many years of fighting Seasonal Affective Disorder, we decided it would be best for my well-being to have a change of scenery. We sold our home and moved to Florida in 2014, and I have been living my best life since!

My Background

I received my MSW in 2007 from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

I have been providing counseling to children, adults, seniors, and members of the LGBTQ+ community for 17 years.

After experiencing the healing power of QHHT firsthand, I knew I wanted to share the benefits with others. As of 2024, I am also a Level 1 QHHT practitioner.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique

I offer Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique sessions, as pioneered by the late Dolores Cannon.

Through the deepest level of trance, we can explore your past lives and/or childhood together to find healing and discover answers to your questions including your purpose, relationships, or events from your life.

Sessions are held in-person at

Indigo Aura Connection in Brooksville, Florida.
