Sessions last between 2 and 3 hours. The first hour is the interview where we discuss your background and reasons for having a session. Then you will be hypnotized for 1 - 1 1/2 hours where we will explore past or current life events, ask your questions, and request healing. The session is then completed by discussing the information that was provided.
Yes, sessions are audio recorded which you will receive by email after the session is complete. It is recommended to listen to your session more than once to further integrate the information and healing.
